Everything around us talks about war. Politics, religion, social life. Everyone wants to go upper and upper, becoming reacher, empowered, more famous, more....and more and more....

It's a war, everyday, to reach the top.

But what is the top?

I think that the only important question for each of us is : what is the top for me?

Let's stop looking around to find a piece of piece inside!

If you are driving in the traffic, and you become angry, it's not your neightbour's shame.

It's your mental state that need to be chenged.

The only challenge is with ourselves, and it's a work slow and full of commitment. 

But we need to do it, for our mental, emotional and soul health.

Only in this way, we can find peace on Earth!
